Dispatch & delivery

We currently ship across India. Orders are usually packed and dispatched within 1–2 working days after confirmation. Delivery is estimated at 3–5 working days after dispatch, depending on the destination and courier. These are estimates, not guaranteed dates; holidays, weather, service disruptions or remote destinations may take longer.

Once your order is dispatched, we’ll email the courier and tracking details. You can also check updates through your WAQT account.

Shipping charges

Shipping costs ₹99 for orders below ₹1,999. Orders of ₹1,999 or more qualify for free standard shipping, subject to the final eligible order value calculated at checkout. Shipping charges are displayed before payment.

Returns, damaged items & exchanges

We do not offer routine returns or exchanges for change of mind. If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, email help@waqtstreet.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a description and clear photos. Please keep the item and packaging until we respond. We’ll review the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution, such as a replacement or refund, where applicable.

Need a different size? Contact us promptly. Size exchanges are not guaranteed, but we’ll consider requests case by case depending on available stock and what we can reasonably arrange. For discretionary size-exchange consideration, the item must be unused, unwashed and in its original condition, with the original product tag still attached. We’ll confirm any applicable collection or reshipping costs before proceeding. These conditions do not limit remedies available under applicable consumer law for damaged, defective or incorrect items.

Cancellations

Once an order is placed, cancellations are generally not possible. If you need help, contact help@waqtstreet.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee a cancellation, but we’ll do our best depending on the order status.
